Foundations by Tracy is an online class designed to build a strong foundation of movement from home. Taught using a Clinical Pilates framework, combined with an added physiotherapy and strength and conditioning twist, the class works from head to toe addressing proper breathing mechanics, alignment, mobility, stability as well as load transfer. The class basically covers all the exercises your physio wishes you would do!

As an athlete focused individual, I am addicted to moving in all different ways.
From my past experiences with participating and coaching sport, I have seen the positive impact of movement on a multitude of populations. I love to help break down barriers to movement & support patients becoming their healthiest selves.
The ex-gymnast in me has a critical eye for technique and awareness of optimal movement patterns. With that said, I have a curious & open mind to a multitude of treatment approaches.
I hope to provide a non-judgemental, inclusive environment where you leave every appointment with a better understanding of what is going on, and how to implement changes to get to where you want to go. We will problem solve together, so we can get you feeling great, doing the things you love.
